Cajori Two is a volunteer project depending on the freely donated skills and commitment of its staff. We are grateful for a small grant from the History of Mathematics Special Interest Group of the Mathematical Association of America (HOMSIGMAA) that helped cover photocopying expenses. We also owe a large debt of gratitude to the many librarians who responded graciously to our persistent requests for photocopies from their catalogs.
